The REM Transylvania 2027, Pre-REM and Post-REM participation packages are not physical goods and are not delivered by courier, post or other goods transport services. Consequently, ‘delivery’ refers exclusively to the electronic transmission of the registration confirmation and, where applicable, the provision to the Participant of the information, codes, electronic documents, instructions, accreditation or other elements necessary for access to the Event.

The registration confirmation is sent automatically or manually by email to the address provided by the Participant in the registration form, following successful processing of the payment and validation of the registration. Should the Participant not receive the confirmation within a reasonable time, they are obliged to check their spam/junk folder and, if necessary, to contact the Main Organiser at the email address remsylvania@rotaract.ro.

Final accreditation, wristbands, badges or other logistical items required for participation may only be collected on site, in accordance with the conditions set out by the Main Organiser. These items are of a functional and ancillary nature; they do not constitute products purchased separately and cannot be returned, exchanged or used independently of participation in the Event.

Confirmation of registration is usually sent within a maximum of 24 hours of the payment being successfully processed, except in cases where further checks are required regarding the Participant’s details, membership status, eligibility for the chosen package, the existence of a technical error, or the confirmation of logistical information. Any delay in sending the confirmation, caused by reasonable checks or technical factors beyond the Main Organiser’s control, does not affect the validity of the registration, provided that the payment has been processed and the registration is subsequently confirmed.

No delivery charges are applied, as the participation packages do not involve the dispatch of any physical goods. Any travel costs, international or local transport not expressly included in the package, transfers, visa fees, insurance, bank charges, financial institution commissions or other personal expenses remain the sole responsibility of the Participant, unless the Main Organiser expressly states otherwise.

The Participant is obliged to provide a valid and functional email address, to check that they have received the confirmation, to retain proof of registration and payment, to notify the Main Organiser of any errors observed, and to attend the accreditation process with the required documents and information. The Main Organiser cannot be held liable for failure to receive the confirmation caused by incorrect details, email filters, automatic blocking, ignored messages, the Participant’s lack of access to the specified email address, or any other causes attributable to the Participant or email service providers.
